Why Product Design?

It actually all started while I was working in hospitality.
As you may have noticed or felt in previous travels, hospitality workers are natural problem solvers and must have the empathy and willingness to care for a wonderful Customer Experience. Especially, if you work as Front Desk Agent. It's basic Hospitality 101.

Before I knew it, I was unconsciously slipping into product design as I searched for better ways to make customer and the team's experiences seamless, alongside the tech team.

Ready4Sea is a nautism app, specialised in vessel maintenance and upkeep, based in Brittany, France. - Audit, and review of existing features. - Improving the layout of most mobile pages for easier use. - Updating the "List" feature to enhance the user experience. - Redesigning the onboarding process to make it more user-friendly. - Adding and implementing UX and UI best practices, such as information architecture, clear titles and implementing a hamburger menu on the left.
