Why Product Design?

It actually all started while I was working in hospitality.
As you may have noticed or felt in previous travels, hospitality workers are natural problem solvers and must have the empathy and willingness to care for a wonderful Customer Experience. Especially, if you work as Front Desk Agent. It's basic Hospitality 101.

That said, where I worked, the processes and tools we used every day were… limiting our actual job, to be fair. Before I knew it, I was implementing new processes and co-designing solutions with the tech team—unconsciously slipping into product design as I searched for better ways to make customer experiences seamless.
